Fatiha Begum is the Director and Senior Immigration Advisor at Alcott Solicitors. With more than 20 years’ experience in UK immigration law, Fatiha Begum provides clear, practical advice and representation across visas, settlement, nationality, human rights and complex casework.

As an OISC-regulated immigration adviser, Fatiha Begum undertakes specialist casework and advocacy — including Immigration Tribunal appeals and administrative reviews — and is known for combining professional expertise with genuine care for clients and their families.

Khan Md Golam Azam has experience in immigration, asylum and human rights law and specialises in commercial leases, assignments of lease, civil litigation and judicial reviews. Khan has extensive experience in immigration law and is an accredited Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.

He is an experienced advocate and has represented clients at the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and the County Courts.

He graduated from the University of Rajshahi with LLB (Hons) in 1994 and completed his LLM in 1995. He was enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh in 1997 and permitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 1999.

He is diligent, passionate and committed to acting in the best interests of his clients.

He enrolled as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2011 and was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in February 2014.
